Product Information: Ideos 500 mg / 400 IU is indicated in the elderly, in cases of calcium and vitamin D deficiency and in people being treated for osteoporosis (a bone disease where the bone becomes less dense and becomes brittle) to supplement calcium and vitamin D deficiency.
How To Use: deos should be taken by adults only, 2 tablets per day. The dosage should be taken as recommended by your doctor.
Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains 500mg Calcium and 400iu Vitamin D3.
